User Agreement

Terms

The copyright holder of the "Social Spot" website/application (hereinafter referred to as the "Copyright Holder") grants an unlimited number of persons the right to use the services of the "Social Spot" website/application under a simple non-exclusive license and in accordance with the provisions of this User Agreement, which is a public offer.

"Service" – an information resource located on the Internet at the domain name https://social-spot.kz, including subdomains, and all related software that ensures its functioning.

"Copyright Holder" – Tsifrovye Servisy, TOO, legally registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which owns the intellectual property rights of the "Social Spot" Service.

"User" – any person who uses the services and functionality of the Website or Application. The User has the right to go through the registration procedure for access to additional functionality.

"User Agreement" – this agreement, which is a public offer, concluded upon registration in the Service between the User and the Administrator.

"Registration" – the process of providing the User’s identifying information via the application, website, or Telegram account, and the subsequent processing of this information by the Service, as a result of which an Account is created.

"Services" – The "Social Spot" service, which is the intellectual property of the Copyright Holder, providing a dating and social networking platform.

1. General Terms of Use

  1. 1.1. By creating a "Social Spot" account, you agree to comply with:
    • this User Agreement;
    • the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy;
    • Safety Recommendations and Community Rules;
    • all published and accepted terms and conditions if you purchase additional features, products, or services as part of the Service.
  2. 1.2. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you should discontinue using the Service.
  3. 1.3. The Copyright Holder may amend this Agreement and the Service itself for reasons including legislation changes, new features, or business practices. The latest version of this Agreement is available at https://social-spot.kz.

2. Legality

2.1. Individuals cannot create an account or use the Service unless:

  1. 3.1. An authorized User can log in via the application, website, or Telegram account.
  2. 3.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all actions performed under their account.
  3. 3.3. If the User suspects unauthorized use of their account, they should immediately contact technical support.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All rights related to the Service belong to the Copyright Holder and are protected under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on intellectual property.

5. Service Changes

5.1. The Copyright Holder may add, change, or remove features, and temporarily suspend or terminate the Service, with prior notice to Users where reasonably possible.

6. User Safety

  1. 6.1. The Copyright Holder promotes respectful relationships between Users but is not responsible for their actions inside or outside the Service.
  2. 6.2. Users must exercise caution when meeting other Users offline.
  3. 6.3. The Copyright Holder does not guarantee the good faith, intentions, or compatibility of Users.

7. User Rights and Restrictions

  1. 7.1. The User receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service.
  2. 7.2. It is prohibited to:
    • use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes;
    • copy, modify, or distribute copyrighted materials without permission;
    • use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to extract data;
    • upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service;
    • impersonate other people;
    • post illegal, offensive, pornographic, or hateful content.

8. User Content

  1. 8.1. By posting content, the User grants the Copyright Holder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use such content within the Service.
  2. 8.2. The User confirms that all provided information is accurate and lawful.
  3. 8.3. The Copyright Holder may moderate and remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable law.

9. Purchases and Subscriptions

  1. 9.1. The Service may offer paid features (“in-app purchases”), available through official payment providers such as the App Store, Google Play, or other authorized platforms.
  2. 9.2. Auto-renewing subscriptions may be provided. Payment will be charged periodically using the selected payment method until canceled by the User.
  3. 9.3. Refunds are processed in accordance with the rules of the App Store, Google Play, and applicable law.
  4. 9.4. The User can cancel subscriptions in the Service settings or through their App Store or Google Play account settings.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
